We are pleased that you are considering Traditions as the location for your upcoming special event.  We are committed at  Traditions  to the highest standards of our profession.  We believe in a very detailed approach to special occasions and each and every event is handled on an individual basis.  We take great pride in what we do for our Members and Guests.  The Club is confident in our guarantee that every meeting or social gathering experience will exceed the expectations of our most important guests.

While reviewing this guide, please keep in mind that it is just a guide!  We are happy to offer alternative selections, create unique menus or accomodate any special request.

General

Room Capacities

Room capacities range from six to thirty persons in the Club's Board Room and Champions Grille.  The Legacy Ballroom can accommodate up to one hundred and fifty persons.

Meeting Planning

To allow adequate preparation time, menu plans must be completed with our staff a minimum of one (1) week in advance.  Cancellations will be accepted up to two (2) days prior to your event without charge.  The guaranteed number of participants is required forty-eight (48)  hours prior to the start of your event.

Due to the seasonality of some products, menu items may vary in price.  Unless otherwise indicated, all menu items are priced per person and do not include 20%gratuity or 6% sales tax.

Depending upon the number of guests and type of function, some items may not be appropriate and alternative menu items and services will be recommended to compliment your event.

Please inform us of any member of your party who has special dietary requirements.  Our chef will be pleased to prepare any additional items at your request.

Total Coordination

The staff at Traditions is always available to assist you in the planning of a successful event.  We will be pleased to arrange for - decorated cakes, centerpieces, dance floor, entertainment, flowers, ice carvings, all audio-visual equipment - and any other special requirements.  All prices are subject to approved service charge and state and local tax where applicable.

A  room charge is required and based upon size and location of your event.
